Job: Mortgage Collector

First Arizona Savings, a Federal Savings Bank, has an immediate opening for a Mortgage Collector in the Loan Services department of our North Scottsdale Corporate office.

This position will assist the Default Supervisor with the collection of all permanent mortgage loans in accordance with federal regulations and Association policies and procedures.

In addition this position will be responsible for completing a variety of tasks in a team setting including payment processing, investor reporting, modifications, and deficiency balance collection.

Two to four years demonstrated skill working in a mortgage collections environment. Working knowledge of bankruptcy, foreclosure and collection laws. The successful candidate will have multi-state collection experience and skills in loss mitigation. Those applicants with familiarity with FNMA and Freddie Mac guidelines will be given special consideration.

Ability to work as a part of a team with a commitment to established goals; experience with MS Word, Excel and Internet navigation required. Experience with ClearTouch and Fiserv systems also helpful.
