Job: Maintenance Technician

SCF Arizona is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Maintenance Technician. Individuals in this position will maintain, repair and create a safe environment for the SCF home office location and outlying district offices.

As a Maintenance Technician, qualified candidates will have a working knowledge of all facets of maintenance and repair work including, but not limited to the following functions:
• Janitorial
• Modular furniture installation
• Completing work orders
• Plumbing and minor electrical repair
• HVAC air balancing and filter replacement
• Machinery maintenance
• Minor preventative maintenance, welding and repairs
• Cooling Tower PM
• Replenishing building supplies
• Surplus management
• Supervising temporary employees

• Knowledge of power and hand tools.
• Experience and certification in welding.
• Experience in minor electrical and plumbing work and repairs.
• Experience operating office equipment.
• Modular furniture certification, welding certification, a plus.

Required qualifications:
• 5 years experience in facility management
• Possession of a valid Class D Arizona State driver’s license, required.
