Job: IT Professional Services / Systems Administrator

FCG is a small consulting firm that provides managed services to SMB, Government Sector, and Fortune 500 Corporations. Job Description -Professional Services / Systems Administrator
System and Network Administrator is responsible for administration of SharePoint and internet web, database, e-mail and file servers. Configure, maintain and backup Windows servers and workstations, Exchange, Dynamics CRM, SQL Server, VMware, Cisco IP routers and switches.
Professional Services is responsible providing solution design and high level resolution for our managed services help desk. Trouble shoot and work with vendor help desk to provide resolutions supporting the FCG help desk. Writing knowledge based articles and creating support procedures for products and projects FCG supports. Learn and create support procedures for newly supported products. Participate in technical scoping activities for new sales opportunities. Need to be self motivated and task oriented individual.

Skills / Requirements
Minimum associates degree or similar certification in IT technology, MCSE is a plus. At least one year experience administering Windows Server, Exchange Server, SQL Server, and Cisco Networking products. Must be proficient in Windows 2003 Server and Microsoft Exchange, with some exposure to VMware and Microsoft DPM would be a plus. Have the ability to create custom solutions for support team. Pass security background check, for current and future government contracts.
