M&I is looking for a professional Customer Service Rep (Bank Teller)who enjoys working with people in a team environment and who has excellent customer service skills. You will function as the Bank's primary contact with the public, work directly with clients, manage a cash drawer, receipt and payment of negotiable instruments, and handle client inquiries or concerns. Recognize situations that suggest a client's need for additional services and refer client to appropriate department. This is a part-time position (20 hours per week). Skills / Requirements
* Cash handling or teller experience prefered.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Sales experience a plus. * Professional work environment * Must be able to work Saturdays. Important Notes
