Modern Steak will offer a radical departure from the traditional American Steakhouse.
While steak, seafood and potatoes continue to take center stage, these classics will be
updated and reinterpreted to reflect the lifestyle and preferences of today's more
sophisticated and discerning guest. Modern Steak will also offer a temperature
controlled wine display and extensive wine list featuring more than 400 wines from all
around the world.
