As a patient’s condition improves and the healing process progresses, the patient can move from a higher level of care to a lower level of care within Trillium, under the continuous care of the same physician, and avoid the disruption of moving to another healthcare setting. This Specialty Hospital continuum is the only one of its type in Arizona, and allows Trillium to be a one-stop-solution for many patients.
