Job: Front Desk/Receptionist

Located in the heart of historic Scottsdale, Arizona, The Springs of Scottsdale is the spacious independant retirement community with assisted living services of choice for seniors who enjoy the conveniences south Scottsdale has to offer.

We are currently seeking part-time Front Desk/Reception Clerks to join our team! You will have an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others by providing Service Excellence.

Responsibilities
Responsible for answering multi-phone lines; responding and routing calls to appropriate staff; providing customer service to residents, their families, potential customers, visitors and vendors; monitor and respond to the emergency call system. Communicates with managers, staff and residents as needed; perform other support activities as needed.

Shift:
* Part Time - Varied Hours - Week ends and some days during the week

Requirements:
*Demonstrate freedom from pulmonary tuberculosis upon hire and annually
*Pass background checks and pre-employment drug screen per company policy
*Must be able to read, write, understand and communicate in English at a minimum of the 8th grade level.

Skills:
*Experience with multi-phone systems and able to work independantly.
*Good customer service skills dealing with various age groups
*Working knowledge of various types of office equipment including but not limited to copiers and fax machines
* Must have working knowledge of computer and MS Excel & Word software.
